Victim Dies Bus crashes into the Bego Hill Cliff Increases to 14 people

The death toll from a single accident on the AD 1507 EH Tourism Bus which crashed into the Bego hill, Kedungbuweng, Wukirsari, Imogiri, Bantul, Sunday (6/2/2022) at 13.30 WIB, increased by one person. The total is 14 people.

The victim, on behalf of Fitri Fatmawati (20), a resident of Sukoharjo, died on Monday (14/2/2022) after receiving intensive care at Bethesda Hospital in Yogyakarta.

"The victim, who was a referral patient at the Panembahan Senopati Regional General Hospital (RSUD) was reported to have died today Monday (14/2/2022) at 09.30 WIB," said Head of the Law Enforcement Unit (Kanit Gakkum) of the Bantul Police Traffic Unit Iptu Maryono, Monday (14/2/2022).

Maryono said that with the addition of one death toll, the number of victims who died as a result of the incident increased to 14 people. While a number of other victims are still receiving treatment at the hospital.

Previously, the AD 1507 EH tourism bus, which had 47 passengers on board, crashed into Bukit Bego Kedungbuweng Wukirsari Imogiri on Sunday (6/2/2022) at 13.30 WIB. This incident resulted in 13 people and dozens of people being injured
